 icopter will fly in to drop the candy and trick or treating and activities
  to follow. Last year we had around 500 in attendance and are hoping for a
 t least that if not more this year! Pass out candy\, flyers and resources.
  Best Decorate booth will win a prize. Thanks to the Elks Riders for atten
